How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping: Please choose your method of shipping at the appropriate point during the checkout process. Expedited shipments are available. Once an item is added to the cart, you can estimate your shipping price prior to check out.
Backorders:
GabKits.com will not charge shipping on back ordered items, i.e. regularly stocked items that are not in stock when your order is placed. Your backorder will be shipped FREE freight when the out of stock product arrives and is shipped to you.
I just placed an order with you. When will it ship out?
Provided that the items on your order are in stock, we will begin to process it immediately within 24-48 hours of receipt during business days. On Express, 2-Day and Next Day orders, any order placed by 1:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time) will ship that same day (weekends and holidays excepted). Once you've placed an order at GabKits.com, you will receive an initial e-mail confirmation saying that we've received and are processing your order. You will receive a second e-mail notifying you that the order has been shipped. Out-of-stock items are shipped when they become available. If Express, 2-Day or Next Day shipping was chosen on the original order, GabKits.com reserves the right to ship back ordered items by a downgraded shipping method.
Please note that the shipping transit time does not include the manufacturing time (displayed in the product pages) for customized items such as amp cabinets, etc.
Here are some rough turnaround estimate times:
Cabinets:
For cabinet orders, the approximative manufacturing time is 3-4 weeks from the date of payment received.
Speakers:
Speakers are in stock and usually ship after 1-2 business days after order was placed.
Road Cases:
Road cases are in stock and usually shipping after 1-2 business days after order was placed.
Do you guarantee my order? What happens if I'm not satisfied with it?
We stand behind every product we sell. Because we feel that we offer the highest quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and pack all of our orders with care, we think you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we'll gladly replace them.
IMPORTANT! Please read! RETURN & WARRANTY FOR CABINETS
Because each cabinet is custom built to order, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED !!! Cabinets are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date item ships. If you feel your cabinet is defective please contact Gabkits for a return authorization number and/or instructions. Please retain original packaging for warranty period. Manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace at their discression. Warranty does not cover neglect or abuse.
SPEAKERS & ROADCASES Warranty & Returns:
defective, incorrect type or shipping-damaged items may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a replacement. We will gladly ship a replacement and reimburse you for your return postage. Please e-mail us BEFORE returning items.
Any item that is rejected by the customer for any other reasons than the ones above, and received in salable condition (new condition), will be issued a refund of the merchandise cost less 30% restocking fee. In this case, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Any return that does not comply with the above policy will be subject to a significant restocking fee, at our discretion.
- Make sure the item is in its original condition including the package. We do not accept returns on used items.
- e-mail us stating reason of return (defects, non-compliance, damaged in shipment, etc), and whether you'd like a replacement, or your money back.
- Mail the item to the address given.
- Once item is received, verification will be made as to whether the claim is valid and accepted. If not, item will be returned. You will need to pay Shipping Fee for this. If yes, a Replacement or Money Back will be given depending on the items type explained above.
How long will it take to get an order replaced?
If you return an item to GabKits.com, please allow 1-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. If you are expecting a return shipment, please allow 2-4 weeks for the new package to arrive (plus the manufacturing period in the case of the amp cabinets).
